Resource Manager

Job Summary: In this role, you will work closely with the CTO and Engineering leadership to ensure optimal allocation of technical resources across the organization. You will take full ownership of understanding team capacity and ensuring the right people are assigned to the right initiatives at the right time. Job Responsibilities: Planning and managing developer allocation across multiple project streams Tracking team availability, workload, and capacity to support timely delivery Collaborating with Engineering, Product, and HR to align resource decisions with business priorities Monitoring project timelines and identifying gaps or bottlenecks Collecting and consolidating performance and engagement feedback from team leads Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the engineering organization Ensuring smooth coordination, clear communication, and structured planning across all R&D teams Requirements: 3+ years of experience managing or coordinating multiple projects in parallel Solid understanding of modern software development practices Strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication skills Familiarity with tools such as GitLab, JIRA, or similar project management platforms
