About the Role: This is a full-time, permanent role starting January 2026 . You will support students across KS3–KS4 within the classroom, working closely with teachers to ensure pupils remain engaged, confident and supported in their learning. You will assist with small-group interventions, provide one-to-one support where necessary, help with behaviour and SEN support, and play a key role in promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
