They’re an independent, fast-growing organization helping brands understand and optimize their marketing performance. We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join their global team. This role spans from entry-level to mid-level responsibilities, and will involve extracting, analyzing, transforming, and reporting sales and marketing data to support decision-making across marketing, product, and client service teams. What you will do: Extract and manipulate data from sales and marketing databases using SQL. Design, maintain, and optimize data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for efficient data flow. Perform statistical analysis and generate actionable insights for marketing and product teams. Build reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions. Develop Python scripts for data cleaning, transformation, and automation. Explore and analyze datasets to understand structure, relationships, and key variables. Take ownership of projects, identify opportunities to improve processes, and ensure high data quality. Collaborate with internal teams and client service to deliver insights on time. Requirements: Experience: 1–2+ years as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role. SQL: Hands-on experience, including joins, filtering, aggregations, and preferably ETL. Python: Basic to intermediate for juniors; intermediate for mid-level (pandas, scripting, pipeline development). Excel: Solid skills and strong attention to detail. English: Advanced level is a must. Mindset: Curious, analytical, proactive, and able to learn quickly. Nice to Have: Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc.). Solid academic background in Statistics, Marketing, or related fields. Experience designing data models, working with large datasets, and optimizing performance.
