Finance Officer

A boutique firm, part of a wider financial services group, is urgently seeking a Finance Officer to join its Sliema office. In this role, you will be part of a high-performing and diverse team, responsible for safeguarding the business and providing financial advice to the Managing Director. This is an office-based role with flexible hours and offers a salary of up to €35K plus benefits . Role & Responsibilities Prepare and reconcile monthly management accounts Support auditors and prepare annual financial statements Process payments and issue sales invoices Post data to ledgers accurately Submit reports to regulatory authorities Education, Skills & Experience ACCA part-qualified or equivalent Fluency in English (C2/native level) Good understanding of Maltese VAT and regulations Proficient in MS 365 applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent communication skills Keen eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines About the role Salary of up to €35K + benefits Office based in Sliema with flexible hours Growth Opportunities *JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
