German Customer Support Specialist Position: German Customer Support Specialist Location: Lisbon (Santos) – On-site Start Dates: 2 February 2026 | 16 February 2026 Working Schedule Rotative shifts Monday – Sunday, between 08:00 – 00:00 Shuttle service provided for late shifts Job Description We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team supporting a global Video Streaming Platform . You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support, handling inquiries, and ensuring an excellent user experience. Requirements German: Native or near-native level English: Minimum B2 level (mandatory for all positions) EU ID, Residence Card, or Certificate of Protection (issued later than March 2022) Customer-oriented mindset With or without previous customer support experience Offer & Benefits Base salary (no experience): 15,260€ gross/year Possible signing bonus: 2,000€ – 2,500€ Monthly language bonus: 235€ – 360€ (depending on experience level) Stable long-term project in a multicultural environment Relocation & Support For candidates relocating from outside Continental Portugal: Full bureaucratic support to obtain NIF & NISS Assistance with housing search according to candidate needs Relocation bonus: 2,500€ gross , paid with the first payroll cycle For candidates already in Portugal (100 km or more from Lisbon): 1,500€ gross relocation support Interested candidates are welcome to apply their CVs in English.
