Travel Services Consultant - WFH

About the Role As a Travel Services Consultant, you will assist clients in organizing and managing their travel arrangements from start to finish. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring each clients itinerary is accurate, enjoyable, and tailored to their needs. Youll work closely with both clients and travel partners to coordinate bookings, answer inquiries, and handle administrative tasks related to professional trip planning and consultation. Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and specific service requirements. Coordinate flight, accommodation, and transportation bookings across a variety of global destinations. Maintain accurate client profiles, itineraries, and payment details within company databases. Support senior coordinators and travel consultants with logistical research and vendor communication. Respond promptly to client inquiries and assist with itinerary changes, upgrades, or travel-related issues. Ensure a smooth and positive client experience by providing expert guidance and organized travel documentation. Requirements Previous experience in customer service, administration, or hospitality preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational ability. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office, email, online booking tools).
