About the Role An Independent school in Brent needs a dynamic Drama Teacher to join their performing arts department. You'll deliver engaging drama lessons at KS4 and KS5, focusing on performance skills, theatrical techniques, and creative expression. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging drama lessons, covering a range of theatrical styles and techniques. Direct and produce school plays and performances, showcasing students' talents. Develop students' performance skills, including acting, improvisation, and stagecraft. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support. Contribute to the development of the drama curriculum and resources. Organise and lead drama-related extracurricular activities, such as drama clubs and workshops. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Drama. Proven experience in teaching drama at secondary level, including A-Level.
