Receptionist - Season 2026 (On - Site)

About the role Hirelink is building 2026 teams and is leading the hiring process for Receptionists (Front Office) across all over of Greece. If you deliver welcome , handle PMS with ease, and communicate clearly in English, wed like to meet you. What youll do Manage check-in/out, rooming, billing and accurate postings in PMS ( Opera/Protel/Fidelio or similar). Handle guest requests, information, and complaints professionally; escalate per SOPs when needed. Coordinate with Housekeeping & Engineering on room status, priorities, and quick turns. Manage cash/credit procedures, deposits, invoice printing, and end-of-shift reports, assist Night Audit when required. Upsell room types, late check-out, and on-property services (Spa, F&B, Activities). Answer calls/emails/chats, arrange transfers/activities; maintain a tidy, guest-ready front desk. What you bring F ront office or strong customer-facing experience. English fluency for guest communication, Greek or another language (German/French/Italian) is a plus. PMS knowledge (Opera/Protel/Fidelio) and solid cash-handling accuracy. Warm, calm, and solutions-oriented manner; strong multitasking & time management.
