The Role As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will: Work closely with class teachers to support the learning and development of children aged 3–5 Assist in delivering structured and play-based learning activities Support children with additional needs, including SEN and EAL, to ensure inclusive learning opportunities Observe and record children’s progress, providing feedback to teachers Encourage children’s independence, curiosity, and confidence in the classroom Help create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment You will also help with the preparation of resources, assist in daily routines, and contribute to school trips and extracurricular activities.
