Digital Consultant - Field Sales (Lazio, Campania e zone limitrofe)

About the Role We are looking for a Digital Consultant – Field Sales to help dealerships in Lazio, Campania, and surrounding regions grow their business and adapt to a fast-changing market. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role is all about being out in the field, building relationships, and driving results. You will spend on average three days per week meeting clients and prospects on-site, combining consulting, selling, and training. Once a month you will join the wider team in Milan to share insights and align on strategy. When you are not on the road, you will work remotely, managing your portfolio and preparing for the next round of visits. At AutoUncle, we are not a marketing tool, but more of a sales partner. Our platform helps dealerships generate high-quality leads, strengthen their margins, and reduce dependency on external platforms. While working closely with our Marketing, Digital Ops, and Product teams, your role is to show dealers how to sell smarter and build consumer trust in the process. What You Will Do Build and manage a portfolio of dealerships, achieving targets through new business, upsell, and cross-sell Travel regularly to meet clients and prospects on-site, selling our SaaS solutions, delivering training, and tailored consultancy Travel once per month to the Milan office to collaborate with the team Develop and maintain a strong pipeline, exceeding KPIs and revenue goals Advise on digital tools (Google Analytics, tracking systems, etc.) and optimize performance Monitor portfolio health and uncover upsell/cross-sell opportunities About You Minimum 2 years of B2B tech sales or consulting experience in a high-activity environment, including at least 1 year of remote field sales Confident communicator with strong leadership skills and the ability to engage C-level stakeholders Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and delivering results Track record of success in cold outreach, lead generation, and business development Passion for digital tools, sales performance, and helping businesses grow Native-level Italian and fluent English (our internal company language) Valid driving license and access to a car (all travel expenses, including km reimbursement, are covered) Why Join AutoUncle?
