Responsibilities: Leads deep dive/ad hoc analysis on evolving share, volume and segment issues and recommends appropriate action plans Analyzes impact of sales & marketing performance drivers: distribution, displays, features, space, price dynamics, brand health, media spend to develop insights & recommendations Transforms insights into recommendations to through simple, visual, and action-oriented deliverables that drives common understanding and aligns stakeholders Liaises regularly with key marketing, sales, and insights stakeholders Conducts training as required with region teams and management on utilization of tools to monitor performance Understands competitive threats and results of actions in the marketplace Requirements Bachelor's degree 0-1 years of experience or entry level applicant Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (proficient - VLOOKUP's & large data sets and visualizing data) Ability to create and Maintain Power BI Dashboards strongly preferred Experience in a programming language (object-oriented or database language) preferred Must be detail oriented, have strong communication skills, and be a self-sufficient running projects
