Your Role as SEND Teacher: • Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to students with a range of learning needs, including autism, dyslexia, and other learning difficulties. • Work closely with teaching assistants and other staff members to support students in the classroom. • Provide a personalized learning experience that enables students to reach their academic and social potential. • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and well-being. • Build strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure the best outcomes for students.
