Business Central Technical Lead (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements: 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL). Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong expertise in AL language and extension-based development. Solid understanding of Business Central architecture and core functional areas. Experience with Business Central SaaS and on-premise environments. Hands-on experience with REST APIs, OData, and third-party integrations. Experience using Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lead technical discussions and guide junior team members. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end AL development for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central customizations and extensions. Design, develop, and maintain AL extensions, reports, pages, codeunits, and integrations. Review code and mentor junior developers to ensure best practices and coding standards are followed. Collaborate closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Manage deployments, upgrades, and source control using Azure DevOps and Git. Develop and maintain integrations using APIs, OData, and web services. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Business Central applications and extensions. Participate in testing, UAT support, and production deployments. Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
