Main Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients. Identify business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling. Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers. Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations to clients. Negotiate and close sales contracts to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Coordinate with the Operations and Finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client information, and follow-ups. Represent the company at exhibitions and networking events when required. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Provide timely reports on sales performance and customer feedback. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. Provide pre-sales, technical presentations and demonstrating how a service meets client needs Provide assistance in conducting site surveys, compiling necessary information to support cost estimation, and preparing client quotations. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager. Main Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (experience in service industry preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets. Good presentation and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good knowledge of English both speaking and writing.
