Role Overview The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring WHite-collar candidates and monitioring Blue Collar hiring at scale. This role is ideal for recruiters who are comfortable working remotely and have hands-on experience in GCC markets. Key Responsibilities -Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for White-collar roles. -Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and local networks. -Screen and shortlist candidates based on project requirements. -Coordinate interviews and selection processes. -Maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines. -Work closely with internal stakeholders to meet hiring targets. -Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience. -Meet high-volume recruitment deadlines. Requirements -Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter. -Strong experience in high-volume blue-collar hiring. -GCC recruitment experience is highly preferred (Saudi Arabia is a plus). -Ability to work independently in a remote setup. -Excellent communication and coordination skills. -Strong organizational and time-management abilities. -Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools. -English required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
