Mathematics Teacher (ECT Support) – Haringey Independent School

We are working with a prestigious independent day school in Haringey recruiting for a Mathematics ECT. This is an elite academic environment where small class sizes and high-attaining students allow for a primary focus on deep subject scholarship. The Role You will teach Mathematics across KS3 and KS4, with the chance to shadow A-Level Further Maths classes. As an ECT, you will follow a bespoke induction program that pairs you with a Senior Fellow of the department to refine your advanced pedagogical skills. Key responsibilities include: Delivering high-level Mathematics lessons to motivated, small-group cohorts Leading elective "Mathematical Logic" seminars for high-attaining pupils Participating in the school’s academic mentoring and university prep program Contributing to the co-curricular life of the school, such as Chess or Robotics Engaging in a reduced teaching timetable for your first two years The School Environment This Haringey-based independent school offers a refined and intellectual atmosphere.
