German-speaking Content Moderator Introduction We are excited to partner with a global leader in digital media and customer experience to find a dedicated German-speaking Content Moderator. In this role, you will be the frontline of digital safety, ensuring that advertising content is accurate, compliant, and secure. This is an ideal position for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a structured, non-voice environment and want to contribute to a safer online community for users in the DACH region. Responsibilities Review and moderate diverse advertiser content, including text, images, video, and audio, before it goes live. Make objective decisions to approve, reject, or label campaigns based on strict internal safety guidelines. Identify and take action against policy violations using specialized internal tools. Manage internal inquiries efficiently through email and ticketing systems. Maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency while handling sensitive or time-critical content. Collaborate with your team while independently managing your own task queue and performance reports. Requirements Native or C2 level fluency in German . B2–C1 level proficiency in English for internal communication and documentation. Strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick, objective decisions under pressure. A deep understanding of the cultural, political, and social context of Germany and the DACH region. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, and general social media platforms. Previous experience in content review, customer service, or operations is considered a strong advantage. Please note: This role is specifically for local applicants currently based in Bulgaria or those willing to relocate there.
