Responsibilities * Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, presenting tailored products and service solutions. Actively listen to customer needs and match them with suitable offers to drive sales conversions. Provide support for internet, telephone, and TV services, resolving issues quickly and efficiently. Deliver a friendly, solution-oriented experience to maintain high customer satisfaction scores. Work towards achieving specific sales and performance targets. Follow established consultation and sales procedures throughout the client interaction process. Requirements * Fluency in German (C1 level). Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. High motivation for telephone-based sales and customer interaction. An organized, analytical, and goal-oriented approach to work. Adaptability and a positive attitude toward learning new processes. Previous sales or customer support experience is a plus, but not required. Attractive salary package with uncapped commission and performance bonuses. Monday to Friday schedule (08:00 – 19:00), ensuring your weekends are free.
