Operational Quality Junior Specialist

Main mission - Ensure internal and external customer quality monitoring Main functions - Assist KA team on daily / weekly collaboration with external customer matter related to our network quality KPI - Collobarate with OPS teams on daily issues encountered and report Root Cause / Action plan - Data crunsh on quality topics related to KPI / process improvement Requirements: 1. Education level Master degree in logistics / supply chain / lean management 2. Hard skills required for this job - KPI monitoring - Deep dive analysis - Pack office (Excel) - SQL (as a plus) 3. Language - French - English - Chinese (as a plus) 4. Soft skills - Rigorous - Cross team work ability - Communication clarity
