Italian Customer Support Agent – Relocation

We are looking for a communicative and open-minded customer service representative in Greece working from home. You would be working within a large international platform that collaborates with major brands to provide high-quality services and solutions. Role Description: As a Customer Service Advisor for the Italian market, you will handle customer inquiries through inbound calls, chat, and back-office tasks. Responsibilities may vary depending on the project but generally include customer support, issue resolution, answering questions, managing requests, and providing solutions in a professional, empathetic, and results-oriented manner.
