Site Engineer

We are recruiting on behalf of our client , a leading developer behind a major new mixed-use destination in St Julians, Malta . This landmark project includes a luxury hotel, residential properties, premium dining concepts, and an upscale retail experience. They are now looking for a Site Engineer to join their Projects Team and play a key role in delivering this high-profile development to the highest standards. The Mission As Site Engineer, you will manage daily on-site operations, ensuring the project runs on time, within budget, and in full compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards. What You Will Do Site Management Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities Ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications Manage site resources and equipment efficiently Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions Technical Support Provide engineering input to solve design and construction challenges Ensure compliance with engineering principles, building codes, and safety regulations Quality Control Inspect subcontractor work to ensure high quality standards Carry out regular site inspections and safety audits Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate site records, diaries, and material logs Prepare and submit progress reports to Project Management Team Collaboration Coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and stakeholders Lead site meetings to review progress and plan upcoming works What We Are Looking For Qualified Civil Engineer or Architect Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar site role Strong technical and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple site activities under pressure Excellent communication and leadership abilities Available for immediate start What Is On Offer A key role in one of Malta's most exciting development projects Long-term career growth within a major construction operation Professional and well-supported working environment Competitive salary package Ready to Build Something Iconic?
