Job description: US Job Finders is searching for a: SaaS Sales Development Representative (Remote) Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years in outbound SaaS sales or lead generation About the Role: US Job Finders is seeking a confident and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound lead generation for a fast-growing SaaS company. This fully remote role is ideal for someone with at least three years of experience turning cold outreach into warm opportunities and consistently booking qualified sales meetings. You’ll be responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers through phone, email, and other outreach. Your job is to generate a reliable pipeline of qualified leads. This is a high-ownership, high-activity role critical to scaling the sales function. Key Responsibilities Research, identify, and contact ideal target prospects using outbound methods Conduct cold calls, send outbound emails, and engage leads via LinkedIn and other platforms Qualify prospects based on ideal customer profile criteria and uncover relevant pain points Book discovery or sales calls and pass qualified leads to the closing team Maintain detailed records and pipeline updates in the CRM Personalize outreach strategies while following structured outreach cadences Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and refine ICP targeting Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach, booked meetings, and conversions Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound sales role in a SaaS environment Strong verbal and written English communication skills Confidence in cold calling and navigating conversations with business leaders Proficiency with sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Apollo, etc.) Organized, self-driven, and able to manage high-volume outbound workflows independently Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM systems Resilient, coachable, and highly motivated by performance goals Nice to Have Prior experience prospecting and booking demos for a B2B/B2C SaaS product Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Loom, and AI prospecting tools Understanding of qualification frameworks like BANT, MEDDIC, or SPIN What We Offer: Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses 100% remote work with flexible hours Collaborative, high-performance sales culture Opportunity to work with an ambitious team scaling a growing SaaS product Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Remote
