Group Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO)

About the Client Our client is an international, fast-developing fintech group operating across both regulated and non-regulated markets. They build modern financial platforms, digital products, and shared infrastructures supporting payments, accounts, and financial operations. With multiple business units under one umbrella, the focus is on scalability, structural clarity, and a unified approach to technology and product development. Role Overview As Group CTPO, you will define and lead the overall technology and product strategy across the entire group. This role brings together product management, engineering, architecture, data, and governance into a single operating model. You will work closely with the Board, influence long-term strategy, and ensure reliable delivery of core platforms and products across all business units. Key Responsibilities Build and execute a unified technology and product strategy across the group. Define a long-term vision for architecture, platforms, integrations, and shared services. Lead group-level product strategy, discovery, and roadmap planning. Establish common engineering, product, and operational standards across teams. Oversee platform architecture, scalability, reliability, and security across all entities. Guide and mentor CTOs, CPOs, engineering leads, and product leaders. Represent technology and product functions at Board level and with key stakeholders. Requirements Senior leadership experience as CTO, CPO, CTPO, VP Technology, or similar in fintech, payments, banking, or crypto. Proven background leading technology and product in a multi-entity or group structure. Strong understanding of platform architecture, engineering leadership, and regulatory readiness. Experience scaling distributed engineering and product teams of 100+ people. Excellent communication skills in English and Russian. Key Soft Skills Strategic mindset with strong analytical thinking.
