Tuas Link MRT, less than 5 mins walk to office Monday to Friday 8am to 515pm $4,000 Basic based on experience AWS + Average 2 months VB Job Responsibilities: Lead Micro Lab Responsible for routine operation of micro lab & TAT Implement GLP & GDP at Micro Lab Perform routine microbial testing services using established procedures/protocols Communicate with External Lab for various external Lab Test Conduct root cause analysis for OOS & recommend corrective/ preventive action Initiate projects to improve the quality & efficiency of micro lab Perform Lab Inventory Management Write, Review & Update Operating Protocols/ WIP/ SOP Ensure routine housekeeping in labs MUIS Halal System Responsible for on time Local New FG Halal Application (Monthly) Ensure on time & successful FNFS Product Halal Renewal (Every 2 years) In charge of MUIS Internal Program (Yearly) In charge of MUIS Internal Program (to be confirmed by auditor) Ensure the validity of ingredient of Halal & Food Safety Certificate (Monthly) Responsible for FNFS HalMQ documentation (Yearly) Responsible for the Halal training program (For New Halal Team Member) Sustainability Development Complete monthly 5S Project (timely closure of 5S findings) Responsible for SAP Project (PR & PO issuing, maintain PO Tracking Log) Complete FNFS Yearly Proficiency Project (Chemical, Microbiology & Titration) SafeFood Master Data Administrator Responsible for Supplier Assessment & Material Assessment set up at Safefood for new ingredient/supplier Responsible for FNFS New product set up at Safefood & SF Master Data Ensure compliance of documents received from supplier Work closely with QA Team to ensure compliance to Quality Management System Document Controller Maintain and keep all documents in place (SOPs, WIP, MS, QMS) Update and upload new revisions document/procedure in Safe Food and MS Team Keep track on documents requested by other departments Obsolete and retain documents Internal/External Audit Handling Liaise with auditors (scheduling and arrangements) Coordinate with internal team to prepare and provide required documents/records Third Party Warehouse Audit Handling Liaise with auditee/vendor (scheduling and audit plan preparation) Prepare open and closing audit meeting Follow-up CAPA (corrective action and preventive action) Job Requirements: Minimum 2 years in QC, preferably in beverage industry Able to OT when needed Send your updated resume to +65 8628 6875 or click on APPLY NOW We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
