Operations Analyst

About the role We’re looking for a data-driven and curious Operations Analyst to join our Group Operations team at Instabee. In this role, you’ll help shape how parcels move between merchants, terminals, and markets — improving the efficiency and structure of our first- and middle-mile network. You’ll combine analytical problem-solving with hands-on operational understanding. One day you might deep dive into route data and build a model to identify bottlenecks, and the next you’ll collaborate with our local Operations Managers to test new ways of improving transport flows. This is a great next step for someone who’s started their career in analytics, operations, or consulting and wants to apply those skills in a fast-moving, international company — no previous logistics experience required. Some of the things you will do Analyze transport data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities Support local market teams in designing and optimizing first- and middle-mile routes Build and maintain dashboards and models to guide operational decisions Collaborate with Product and Tech on tools and processes that make route planning smarter Turn insights into actions by testing, validating, and implementing improvements Your future team You’ll be part of Group Operations, a small but high-impact team that works across all Instabee markets (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, and the Netherlands). The team brings together people who love combining structure, data, and collaboration to solve real operational challenges. You’ll report to the Manager First and Middle Mile, who will support your learning and development, and work closely with a wide range of stakeholders — from Operations Managers in the field to Product Managers and Analysts at HQ. What we're looking for You have an analytical mindset and a genuine curiosity for how complex systems work. You like solving problems through data, but also enjoy being close to operations and seeing your ideas take shape in real life. 1-2 years of experience from an analytical, operations, or consulting role Strong analytical skills and solid proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) or SQL/Snowflake is a plus Strong communication and collaboration skills A relevant degree in engineering, business, mathematics, or similar field Fluent in English More about you You’re structured, proactive, and thrive in environments where not everything is defined yet.
