Position Overview Bookkeeping offerings assist all financial record keeping, reporting, and taxes, maintaining and producing accurate company books and financial outlooks. Duties and Responsibilitie s May Include: Bookkeeping Handling and Managing of Accounts Receivable Handling and Managing of Accounts Payable Producing Financial Reports Tax Preparation Reconciliations Assisting in Internal Audits Facilitating Month and Year End Closing Facilitation of Expense Reports Forecasts and Budgeting Financial Research Position Requirements/Qualifications Experience in the above-mentioned requests Experience with various bookkeeping and financial management practices Experience working with various technology Experience with all major Accounting Platforms, QuickBooks, Xero Experience in communicating directly with customers Excellent English both written and verbal Experience with Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel Common Tools & Software QuickBooks Xero CRMs Microsoft Suite
