HR Executive

Responsibilities: Employee Lifecycle Management & Advisory Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees. Maintain accurate employee records and update personal details in HR systems. Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related queries across platforms (e.g., AskHR), providing timely and accurate guidance. Advise line managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters. Work Pass & Compliance Perform OFWAS updates for employees residential addresses and manage work pass renewals. Stay informed on employment laws and ensure compliance with statutory reporting (e.g., MOM OED, other MOM reports). Employee Relations & Engagement Support disciplinary and grievance handling processes, promoting fair and consistent practices. Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and share insights with management to improve employee experience and retention. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including focus groups, dialogue sessions, and follow-up on action plans. Performance & Talent Management Monitor employee confirmation dates and coordinate with line managers on employment decisions (confirmation, probation extension, non-confirmation). Support performance management cycles, including annual appraisals, increment, and bonus exercises. Assist in identifying talent development needs and support career planning initiatives. Requirements: Dip/Deg with 3 years of relevant working experience in a HR generalist role Knowledge in Employment Act, HR applications and statutory requirements Good knowledge in advanced MS Excel and IT savvy 5 days week, 8.30am - 6pm Yearly renewable contract with full benefits All Successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
