This permanent, full-time role is essential for maintaining a safe, secure, and highly functional environment. School Environment: The campus is large, complex, and historic. Key Focus: Ensuring the physical environment supports the school's core strength in pastoral care, maintaining high standards across all residential and teaching premises. Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope Facilities Management: Oversee the operational maintenance and upkeep of the complex, large, and historic campus. Unique Infrastructure: Manage and maintain outstanding expressive arts facilities, including a large 600-seat auditorium with full professional sound and lighting infrastructure.
