Reliability Engineer

Reliability Engineer Wanted: Join Our clients Team! Be Part of Our Success Develop and implement ILS plans that align with project requirements and customer expectations Conduct reliability, availability, and maintainability analyses, including Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) Perform supportability analyses to ensure systems are designed for ease of maintenance and support Create and implement maintenance plans to ensure systems remain operational and efficient Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including maintenance manuals and logistics information repositories Work closely with engineering, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure seamless integration of ILS and RAM activities Monitor system performance and implement corrective actions to address any issues Provide support and training to customers and end-users Surface communication, radio communication or antenna experience good to have. Qualities We Value Knowledge in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Computing Engineering or equivalent High proficiency in MS Office Suite Good interpersonal and project management skills Ability to work independently and attention to detail Strong problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges Team player with adaptability to changing project requirements and customer needs Ex-regular in Defence force or experienced in Defence project will be an added plus Given the time sensitivity of this role, we are prioritizing candidates who do not require work visa sponsorship at this time.
