You'll assist customers with bookings, rebookings, cancellations, and itinerary questions via phone and email. You'll be helping travelers enjoy a smooth and stress-free journey. Key Requirements: Native-level Danish and strong English (written and spoken) Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays Prior customer service or travel support experience is a plus Willingness to relocate independently if applying from abroad
