This dual-role position requires equal parts agency leadership and hands-on consulting excellence. You will be responsible for both managing our SMMA service delivery team and personally leading consulting engagements with enterprise clients. This role is designed for a professional who can simultaneously build systems, mentor teams, and deliver premium consulting results—someone who thrives in both the strategic and tactical realms of modern social media marketing. Core Mission Your primary objective: Drive measurable revenue growth for our clients through sophisticated social media marketing strategies while building a scalable, high-performance SMMA team within FuntoNetwork. How you'll create value: Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies that deliver exceptional ROI Build and lead a team of specialists to deliver consistent client results Establish FuntoNetwork as a premium SMMA consulting partner Create replicable systems and processes for scalable client success Key Responsibilities Agency Leadership & Team Management (40%) Build, mentor, and lead a team of social media strategists, content creators, and ad specialists Develop standardized operating procedures for client onboarding, campaign management, and reporting Implement quality control systems to ensure consistent excellence across all client accounts Manage agency resources, budgets, and capacity planning Conduct weekly team training on platform updates, strategy shifts, and emerging trends Premium Client Consulting (35%) Personally manage 3-5 enterprise consulting engagements, developing custom social media strategies Conduct deep-dive audits of client social media presence, advertising accounts, and competitor landscape Create and present comprehensive social media marketing plans with clear KPIs and ROI projections Lead quarterly business reviews with client executives, demonstrating value and strategic roadmap Provide high-touch strategic guidance on brand positioning, content strategy, and community building Campaign Strategy & Performance (15%) Oversee the development and execution of multi-platform social media campaigns Design sophisticated paid advertising strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and emerging platforms Implement advanced tracking, attribution modeling, and conversion optimization Analyze campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities and strategic pivots Ensure all client accounts maintain industry-leading ROAS and engagement metrics Business Development & Thought Leadership (10%) Contribute to case study development and marketing collateral Present at industry events and webinars to establish FuntoNetwork's authority Consult on service packaging and pricing strategy for SMMA offerings Identify and pursue opportunities for service expansion with existing clients Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, emerging trends, and competitor strategies Required Competencies & Experience Agency Leadership Requirements 5+ years in social media marketing with 2+ years in an agency leadership or management role Experience building and scaling a team of 3+ marketing specialists Proven ability to develop and implement agency systems and processes Financial acumen related to agency profitability, client pricing, and resource allocation Portfolio of agency case studies demonstrating client growth and team development Technical & Platform Expertise Certification and proven expertise in Meta Blueprint, TikTok Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Advanced knowledge of social media analytics tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.) Expertise in ad management platforms, pixel implementation, and conversion tracking Experience with UTM parameters, Google Analytics integration, and attribution modeling Understanding of social media API integrations and automation tools Consulting & Client Management Proven track record managing enterprise-level social media accounts with $50k+ monthly ad spend Experience conducting C-level presentations and strategic business reviews Ability to translate complex data insights into executive-level recommendations Strong client relationship management skills with focus on retention and expansion Portfolio of consulting engagements with documented results and client testimonials Performance Metrics Your success will be measured by: Client Results: Average client ROAS improvement (minimum 30% year-over-year) Client retention rate (target: 90%+) Client satisfaction scores (NPS target: 50+) Team Development: Team performance against client KPIs Specialist skill development and certification progress Team
