Training Manager

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Training Manager for their studios in Belgrade, Serbia. Position: Training Manager Location: Belgrade, Serbia Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Align training and quality initiatives with organizational goals in collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Develop, update, and manage training materials, SOPs, and departmental documentation. Lead and supervise training staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and effective team performance. Plan, deliver, and oversee coaching sessions, workshops, and employee development programs. Coordinate and monitor team operations to meet departmental KPIs and ensure timely task completion. Analyze training data to identify improvements, implement enhancements, and support staff readiness for new products or services. Manage employee performance evaluations, provide regular feedback, and report training outcomes to senior management. Oversee the planning, logistics, and execution of training initiatives, including reporting and performance trend analysis. REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, preferably overseeing teams of 20 or more employees. Proven leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to drive team performance and achieve strategic goals. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels. Proactive and assertive mindset with the ability to manage projects independently or within a team environment. Strategic thinker with experience in planning and executing long-term initiatives. Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities, especially in high-pressure environments. Focused on both people and process, with a commitment to maintaining and improving existing workflows. Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective training programs. Familiarity with tracking and utilizing KPIs to measure and improve performance. Experience leading a training function is preferred; industry-specific experience (e.g., gaming) is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools for documentation and task management.
