Estimator

Job Position: Estimator Location: Quezon City Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PH Time Role Purpose To provide end-to-end estimating and operational support that improves cost certainty, accelerates procurement and documentation flow, and maintains a strong audit trail across projects. The role also maintains safety document administration in BuildPass to ensure trades are compliant before commencing work on site. In addition, the role produces high-quality 3D interior and exterior models and renders to support client decision-making, design coordination, and marketing content. Key Responsibilities: Estimating & Tendering Prepare preliminary budgets and detailed take-offs from drawings and documentation. Issue and review supplier and subcontractor quotes for scope completeness and accuracy. Prepare inclusions, exclusions, assumptions, and tender summaries. Maintain estimating cost data and price scope changes in an approval-ready format. Procurement & Commercial Controls Prepare and issue purchase orders via Wunderbuild or approved workflows. Complete like-for-like quote comparisons and provide recommendations. Track long-lead items and maintain schedules of rates. Support invoice checks against approved quotes, POs, and work completed. Project Coordination & Document Control Maintain document control, registers, and audit trails. Prepare project updates, meeting minutes, and action lists, and follow through to closure. Support progress claims and project handover documentation when directed. Safety Document Administration (BuildPass) Maintain BuildPass safety documentation and registers for trade compliance. Manage version control, expiry tracking, and missing documents prior to site start. Review and validate all safety documents against real scope and site conditions. Prepare site-readiness summaries when required. 3D Interior & Exterior Modelling Produce 3D models and interior/exterior views from architectural drawings. Apply materials and finishes per specifications or documented assumptions. Create walkthroughs or camera views where required. Maintain model version control and coordinate changes with the project team. Quality Assurance Maintain QA checklists for estimating, procurement, safety documentation, and 3D modelling. Ensure all deliverables meet a clear definition of done prior to review. Continuously improve QA processes over time. Qualifications & Experience: Demonstrated experience using Wunderbuild Demonstrated experience using BuildPass Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) 3–5 years experience in construction estimating Proven experience in procurement and commercial controls Experience providing project coordination support and document control Practical experience in 3D modelling Exposure to budget control and contract-related processes
