What You’ll Be Doing Your mission: deliver top-tier customer care across all travel touchpoints. Communicate with customers via phone and email, providing a seamless and friendly experience. Handle bookings, rebookings, and cancellations for air and rail travel, hotel reservations, and other services. Find practical and personalized solutions to ensure smooth travel experiences. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and process efficiency.
