Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) Location: Stoke (Newcastle-under-Lyme) Salary: £53,000 Shift: 4 on 4 off – Days & Nights Contract: Permanent | Full Time Allied Bakeries are recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical bias to join the engineering team at their Stoke site. This is a hands-on role within a large, automated FMCG manufacturing environment. The position is open to engineers from FMCG or heavy industrial backgrounds, including building materials, manufacturing or continuous process sites. The Role: Electrical fault-finding on automated production machinery Reactive and planned maintenance across plant and site services Working with motors, sensors, drives, panels and control systems Supporting breakdown response and continuous improvement activity Completing PPMs and maintenance records What Were Looking For: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with strong electrical bias FMCG or heavy industrial engineering experience Electrical fault-finding skills with supporting mechanical knowledge Safety-focused, proactive and reliable approach What's On Offer: £53,000 salary 4 on 4 off shift pattern 24 shifts annual leave Tool allowance, pension and wellbeing benefits Long-term stability and development opportunities
