Customer Support Advisor – Digital & Streaming Platform Belfast (On-site, City Centre) £25,480 annually + 20% uplift for unsociable hours Full-time | 40 hours per week If you're the person friends come to when their app isn't working, their account wont load, or their subscriptions acting up — this role will feel familiar. Were recruiting Customer Support Advisors to support users of a major global streaming platform , helping customers get the most out of the tech they use every day. This is a customer service role with a digital edge — perfect for someone who's comfortable with apps, platforms, and problem-solving. What you'll be doing: Customer Support Advisor Supporting customers via phone and social channels Helping users navigate apps, accounts, and subscriptions Troubleshooting issues across devices and platforms Explaining features clearly, without jargon Turning its not working into sorted — thanks Who this suits: Customer Support Advisor You don't need to be a developer — but you probably: Use streaming services daily Pick things up quickly when apps or systems change Enjoy figuring out why something isn't working Can explain tech simply to non-technical people Customer service experience helps, but its your mindset and communication that matter most.
