What you'll be doing: Customer Support Advisor Supporting customers via phone and social channels Helping users navigate apps, accounts, and subscriptions Troubleshooting issues across devices and platforms Explaining features clearly, without jargon Turning its not working into sorted — thanks Who this suits: Customer Support Advisor You don't need to be a developer — but you probably: Use streaming services daily Pick things up quickly when apps or systems change Enjoy figuring out why something isn't working Can explain tech simply to non-technical people Customer service experience helps, but its your mindset and communication that matter most.
