Job description: Outdoor Sales Representative (1099 Contract | High Commission | Flexible Schedule) Location: Greater New Orleans Area, LA Compensation: 50% Commission Per Contract Sold (25% paid upfront, 25% paid at a later date: timeline discussed with manager) Schedule: Set Your Own Hours About the Role We are seeking motivated, results-driven Outdoor Sales Representatives for a high-opportunity, commission-based role designed for individuals who want full control over their income and schedule. This is a 1099 independent contractor position focused on face-to-face, door-to-door sales within assigned territories. You will work alongside experienced leadership, including a former professional NFL New Orleans Saints player, gaining direct mentorship in sales strategy, confidence-building, and performance development. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, performance-based environments and are motivated by uncapped earning potential. Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door outreach to introduce and sell company services to residential and/or commercial prospects Deliver clear, professional, and persuasive sales presentations in face-to-face settings Qualify leads and close contracts in the field Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and closed deals Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion and contract completion Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and consistency Requirements Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with customers directly Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented Reliable transportation and smartphone required Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Sales, canvassing, or customer-facing experience preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits 50% commission on every contract sold 25% paid upfront 25% paid at a later date (payment schedule discussed with manager) Uncapped earning potential Flexible, self-directed schedule Sales training and ongoing mentorship Performance-based advancement opportunities Who Should Apply This role is best suited for individuals who are competitive, confident, and motivated by performance-based income.
