Croatian Software Support Agent

This is a full-time, remote position supporting a global travel platform that partners with multiple online travel agencies to provide customers with diverse holiday options and booking solutions. Role Description: Assisting clients with travel reservations, booking modifications, and general destination information. Ensure each customer receives professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented support while promoting additional travel services, such as insurance and upgrades. Enhancing customer satisfaction and optimizing the travel experience for clients across different partner platforms.
