Interview Type: Face-to-Face Interview Interview Location: Conference Room, Hotel in Algeria Interview Dates: February 7 and 8 Candidate Location: Algeria (local candidates only) Job Summary: A reputed 5-star hotel in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to oversee kitchen operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality culinary offerings in line with luxury hospitality standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and supervise daily kitchen operations Develop and maintain menus according to hotel standards Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency Manage kitchen staff, scheduling, and performance Maintain hygiene, health, and food safety standards Control food cost, inventory, and waste Coordinate with management and other departments as required Candidate Requirements: Proven experience as Chef de Cuisine or in a senior culinary role is mandatory Strong leadership and kitchen management skills In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment Willingness to relocate and work in Kuwait Benefits: Competitive salary package Service charge in addition to basic salary Employment visa Hotel-provided accommodation Duty meals Medical insurance Transportation as per hotel policy Annual paid leave Air ticket as per company policy
