Exp:5-7 Years Job Location: Hyderabad Work Mode:5 Days(wfo) JD: Must to have : Testing, Rally , SQL Good to have: Analysis skills · Develop and document the test strategy and plan, outlining the approach, resources, schedules, and scope of testing activities. Writes and maintains detailed test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements. Performs hands-on testing, including functional, integration, system, and regression testing. Documents software defects using a bug tracking system and reports defects to software developers. Establishes quality metrics and benchmarks for assessing the performance and quality of the platform. Coordinates with IT teams to ensure proper testing environment setup, configuration, and maintenance. Provides feedback on usability and advocate for the end-user experience. Recommends improvements in software to enhance user experience. Implements test automation where feasible to streamline the testing process. Identifies potential risks associated with software quality and reports to the project management team.
