Key Responsibilities Lead the quality department , ensuring compliance with global standards and zero-defect delivery. Drive quality improvement projects , audits, and supplier evaluations. Manage customer complaints and implement corrective actions (8D, SCAR closure). Oversee new product introduction (APQP/PPAP) and process control (SPC, FMEA, MSA). Build and maintain a quality culture , including budgeting and performance management. Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Procurement, Marketing) to resolve quality issues. What Were Looking For Education: Bachelors degree or above. Experience: 10+ years in quality management, with at least 5 years at director level. Proven expertise in Apple supply chain quality systems (Apple QMS, IQC/OQC standards, NPI flow). Skills: Fluent English (mandatory for technical conferences and audits). Strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-cultural management skills. Hands-on mastery of quality modules: APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA, IATF 16949.
