Shipping & Logistics Assistant (English/Spanish) (Miami, FL)

BA Global Talen t is seeking a qualified professional to join a dynamic team as an On-site Shipping & Logistics Assistant (English/Spanish) in Miami, FL. In this role, you will provide essential operational and administrative support to a global leader in industrial lifting solutions. Responsibilities: Handle shipping and logistics coordination with major carriers such as FedEx and UPS. Manage professional phone answering and directing inquiries appropriately. Draft and edit professional documents, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings. Provide support for and help coordinate company events. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information. Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in administrative or assistant roles. Previous experience in shipping and logistics is required. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency in at least basic Spanish is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high typing accuracy and speed. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage documents and schedules neatly Nice to have: Italian language skills are a plus Familiarity or experience with industrial tools such as winches, cranes, or electric hoists.
