About the Role: This full-time, permanent role will involve supporting KS3–KS4 pupils in the classroom, working closely with teachers to assist learning, manage behaviour and provide small-group or one-to-one interventions where necessary. You will help create an inclusive learning environment, assist with lesson preparation and contribute to the overall progress and wellbeing of students.
