About the Role: Deliver engaging and relevant Business lessons across Key Stages 4-5, following exam specifications and incorporating current business trends and case studies. Plan and deliver lessons that foster entrepreneurial skills, financial literacy, and marketing knowledge, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and resources. Assess student progress through business simulations, presentations, and written assessments, providing detailed feedback to support their development. Organize and lead business-related activities, such as enterprise challenges, guest speaker sessions, and visits to local businesses, promoting student engagement and industry connections. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong Business subject knowledge, including business theory, economics, and entrepreneurship. Demonstrated experience teaching Business to A-Level, with a focus on both theoretical concepts and practical applications. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students in a business-focused environment.
