JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Registered Nurse Director - Emergency Services RN DIR - ED Full-Time Registered Nurse Director candidates for the Emergency Department will have the following job responsibilities: The Director of Emergency Services ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit(s) and department(s) in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. The Director of Emergency Services fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.
