Sales Director

Sales Director Hybrid (London) | Full-time A premium, design-led food & beverage brand is seeking a Sales Director to lead and scale its sales function across wholesale, retail, hospitality, and direct-to-consumer channels. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a hands-on leadership role for a commercially driven operator who can define sales strategy, close strategic accounts, and build scalable sales processes as the business expands in the UK and internationally. What you will do Own and execute sales strategy across all channels Win and grow key wholesale, retail, and hospitality partnerships Lead pricing, proposals, forecasting, and pipeline management Work closely with supply chain and marketing to support sustainable growth Represent the brand at key industry events and tastings About you 5+ years of experience in a senior sales or commercial leadership role Proven success within FMCG, food & beverage, wellness, or premium consumer brands Strategic thinker with a hands-on, founder-friendly mindset Strong negotiator and relationship builder Passion for high-quality products and brand-led growth Package £70k–£80k base + commission + performance bonus Hybrid working and flexible setup Product allowance and staff discounts
