Process Engineer - Hải Dương (25-30 triệu VNĐ)

Location: Tan Truong Inđustry Park, Cam Giang, Hai Dương Reporting directly to Vietnamese PE Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and oversee the pre-production and production phases to ensure the final product meets all requirements. Analyze assembly methods and accurately calculate cutting time for manufacturing processes. Conduct root cause analysis, implement necessary countermeasures, and drive continuous improvement efforts to achieve defect reduction. Resolve complex problems using innovative solutions that incorporate new techniques and technologies. Source, select, and manage the investment in new machinery, equipment, tooling, and sub-materials required for manufacturing. Prepare all essential resources for the successful implementation of new products. Optimize manufacturing processes to ensure maximum production capacity while simultaneously reducing operational costs. Develop and maintain standard operational documents (SOPs), technical manuals, and quality check sheets for the manufacturing section. Evaluate and resolve active production issues, assess technical feasibility for new projects, and support design optimization efforts. Coordinate closely with the Quality Control (QC) team to address non-conformances and continuously enhance product quality. Provide technical support to production operations, specifically addressing internal job requests. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and maintain excellent housekeeping standards at the workstation. Generate detailed technical reports and submit periodic performance summaries to the supervisor. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. REQUIREMENTS: University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or a related engineering discipline. 3 years of hands-on experience in a Process Engineering (PE) position in electronics/electrical/automation manufacturing companies. Experience in using SAP Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Experience with 3D design software such as Catia or SolidWorks is a plus. Good communication skills in either English (Knowing Chinese is an advantage) Working Conditions: - Working hours: Monday to Friday (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
