A creative and supportive 11–18 school in Cheshire is seeking an Early Career Teacher of Art to join its thriving Creative Arts department from January 2026 . The Department The Art department is a vibrant, high-achieving team offering a range of disciplines including fine art, sculpture, textiles and photography. Students achieve excellent results and regularly participate in exhibitions and national competitions. Facilities include large studio spaces, an art gallery for student displays, and dedicated digital media rooms. Teachers are encouraged to bring their own artistic expertise and creativity into the classroom. ECT Support Comprehensive induction with regular mentor meetings. CPD on assessment, marking and classroom practice. Reduced timetable and shared planning resources. Opportunities to assist with school exhibitions and creative projects. About You PGCE or QTS-qualified teacher of Art and Design. Passionate about visual creativity and artistic expression. Enthusiastic, reflective and collaborative.
