Regulatory and Compliance Assistant Manager

The Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring the organizations operations and products comply with all applicable regulatory, legal, safety, quality, and environmental standards. This role supports the development and implementation of compliance policies, oversees audit readiness, and monitors regulatory changes to mitigate risks. The Assistant Manager fosters a culture of compliance across the company, collaborates with cross-functional teams to align compliance strategies with business objectives, and provides guidance to ensure documentation and reporting are accurate, defensible, and aligned with industry requirements. Key Responsibilities Regulatory Compliance & Licensing Oversee product registrations, certifications, licensing, and permit applications with relevant government agencies Ensure proper maintenance and timely renewal of regulatory licenses, registrations, and certifications. Monitor regulatory changes and ensure organizational compliance with updated laws, standards, and policies. Documentation & Product Compliance Validate regulatory documentation such as MSDS/SDS, test reports, certifications, labels, and technical dossiers. Review product artworks, packaging, and marketing materials for regulatory compliance prior to release. Maintain accurate regulatory records, master lists, and compliance documents. Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination Provide regulatory guidance for importation, and product distribution. Liaise with government regulators, industry associations, and service providers. Reporting & Performance Tracking Prepare regulatory reports, dashboards, and compliance performance updates for management. Track submissions, approvals, renewal timelines, and other key regulatory indicators. Perform other job-related tasks as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Must be a graduate of BS major in Food Technology or relevant Minimum 4 to 5 years relevant experience in FOOD regulatory affairs, product compliance, licensing & permits, documentation, or corporate compliance preferably in FMCG, retail, importation, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing sectors. Experience handling product registrations, regulatory submissions, and coordination with government agencies (FDA, BAI, DTI-BPS, etc.) Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, licensing/permit processes, product registration, and compliance requirements. Ability to interpret regulatory policies, technical dossiers, test reports, and compliance documentation. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Problem-solving & decision-making capability under regulatory timeline Team-oriented mindset with ability to influence without formal authority High level of integrity, accountability, and ethical work practices. Amenable to work in Carmona Cavite.
