Dutch-Speaking Support Specialist (Streaming Platform) Introduction A leading multinational technology business is looking to recruit a charismatic Dutch-speaking Support Specialist for their vibrant office in Lisbon, Portugal . In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for premium members of a world-renowned streaming platform. Responsibilities Customer Care: Engage with customers across multiple channels—telephone, email, and live chat—to provide professional and solution-oriented support. Troubleshooting: Identify technical issues faced by premium members, troubleshoot effectively, and provide clear, simple solutions. Case Management: Efficiently handle customer complaints, identify when to escalate help tickets to senior representatives, and collaborate with other specialists. Documentation: Carefully document every action taken, categorize cases and potential bugs, and share insights with the engineering team for long-term resolution. Administration: Maintain and update all job-related administrative forms to ensure operational efficiency. Requirements Languages: Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch (oral and written) and fluent in English (minimum B2 level). Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical language for non-technical users. Personality: Resourceful, stress-resilient, and adaptable personality with a calm approach to problem-solving. Skills: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a strong team-player mindset. Efficiency: Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in a timely and accurate manner.
